Founder Story
Why this brand exists
In 2022, COVID broke me in a way I didn't see coming. Long COVID and MCAS turned my body into a stranger. Foods I'd eaten my whole life became attacks. Effort that used to be nothing cost me forty-eight hours of recovery on the back end.
I went to Cleveland Clinic specialists. By the book. None of it worked.
So I did my own research. Tested protocols on myself. Built a new way to live from the ground up. And I started training — not to reclaim some old version of me, but to build something stronger out of what was left.
That changes what training means.
There's a real problem in men's content right now — and in wellness content broadly — and I'm trying to fix it.
On one side, the alpha-masculine performance. Grind. Crush. Beast mode. Real men don't cry, don't rest, don't feel. It's a costume worn by people who would break if anything actually broke them.
On the other side, the victim-mentality industrial complex. Soft-bro therapy-speak that turns suffering into identity — where being sick or sad becomes the whole personality, and getting better feels like a betrayal of the community.
Both are dead ends.
Between them, there's a warrior with feelings. Someone who feels everything and does the work anyway. Burnout is real. Stress is real. Illness is real. You're allowed to feel all of it. And the next move is still yours.
That's the integration this brand stands for.
Apparel that says what we actually stand for. Wellness products that fuel the climb. Content that doesn't lie about how hard rebuilding actually is. A community for everyone climbing back. Brotherhood. Sisterhood. The long work.
That's it. That's the whole thing.
